About

Greetings! I am Mohd Aslam a Student at Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal. I am currently majoring in Computer Science and Engineering specializing in Gaming Technology and will graduate in 2022. I have relevant experiences in programming and designing, which imparts a technical background in my character that helps me to look at the thing in an objective manner.

I have an interest in building products that are used by millions of people and positively impact their daily lives. This motivated me to take part in hackathons, which allowed me to work with teams and learn some key skills such as team management, cooperation with team members, decision-making, and many more.

  • Weight Tracker Application

    It tracks the weight of an Individual and plots the data onto the graphs for easier representation. Using MongoDB an individual can see his/her progress which motivates the individual to deliver results continuously.

    This is a representation or a recreation of the Periodic Table onto a webpage. It helps me in understanding the grid system in a better way and It is a basic learning tool for the students.

  • Game Ghost vs Pika

    This is a very simple game that I developed using Canvas and Javascript. The main objective of the game is to kill the ghosts and Pika is the main character of the game who slays the ghosts.

  • Malicious Website Detector

    It is a Hackathon Project which we developed together in 24 hours. It is a Chrome - Extension which can detect the malicious when the URL of the website is entered.

    Fetching the Stock Market data from an API and showing it into the Chrome Extension, In the graphical format lets, you quickly sneak peek at the invested stock without opening up another website.

    It is a simple game that can be played by two friends at a single time, The person who reaches 100 points faster wins the game. It is one of the earliest games which is developed while learning web development.

    This is one of the interactive experiences which I developed using the HTML5 canvas. Some balls are floating around the canvas and when you hover over them the size of the ball increases.

    Another tool for small kids who is learning the alphabet. I used a grid system to develop the structure of the document and used triggers to filter the objects by the Alphabet.

  • Earth and Moon Web Animation

    This project was a part of AdVITya's (College Fest) website assets. I was trying to build the planets for the website and started with modeling of the earth, using CSS and by transforming the shadow property, I can achieve the desired output.
